It is not a final farewell, but an exciting detour from the world of fine dining, where there is only one rule: not to compromise on quality and ingredients. Free Hungarian cuisine, in a loose, friendly bistro, where the service led by Ibolya Csahók accompanies the guest with the same care as in a top restaurant, only in a much more direct style.
The philosophy of the bistro is based on respect for the ingredients: here all the ingredients will be food when it shows its most beautiful face. Stand25’s menu features some iconic dishes, dishes that have come together in recent years with the names of Szabina and Tamás, such as goulash soup or casserole fries. In addition to these, however, a constantly changing offer awaits the guests, depending on the quality, seasonal and Hungarian raw material available.
Excellent coffee is also available in an almost unique way on the market, and the drink menu includes a selection of mostly Hungarian wines, artisanal beers, several types of gintonic and champagne.
